Architecture and Design

Location

The Barcode Complex will be built in Lyulin-5, on Dr. Peter Dertliev Boulevard, opposite Block 540, adjacent to the Lidl Shop.

Public transportation is just outside the complex, and access to the Lyulin Metro Station and Sofia Ring Road is within minutes.

Methods of payment

  • Reservation of apartments:
    • 2000 Euro deposit (stop-deposit) for a one-bedroom apartment;
      3000 Euro deposit (stop-deposit) for a 3-room apartment;
      4000 Euro deposit (stop-deposit) for a 4-room apartment;
      Sign a deposit agreement with a commitment to sign a preliminary sale and purchase contract;
  • 20% minus the stop cap at the first dig. A preliminary contract is signed;
  • 20% upon reaching the third floor above the ground;
  • 20% for rough construction (Act 14);
  • 20% for the finished facade and windows;
  • 15% upon completion of the building (Act 15);
  • 5% upon notary transfer of ownership of the property.
