A luxurious residential complex is about to be built in Burgas

The residential complex "Euphoria"will be located in the new part of Izgrev quarter, Burgas city. Its construction is scheduled to begin in March 2023 and is expected to continue until October 2026, when the project should be officially completed. Its strategic location suggests an excellent combination between easy commute to every point of the city and tranquility.

Complex "Euphoria" will have a total of 292 apartments, including one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments with an area of 72 sq. m to 269 sq. m.
