Atlantis Residence Park one year after the start of the project

Just a year after the turning of the first sod of Atlantis Residence Park, we are more than happy to announce that the building has already reached the cherished SEVENTH top floor! 

During this time many people and families adopted the idea of ​​a more peaceful and "green" lifestyle. We were the first in Burgas, who dared to create apartments with a private garden. But as they say, fortune favours the bold. It turned out that people not only approved the idea but fell in love with it too.

We showed another unprecedented demonstration of courage in times when free spaces between buildings and park areas are massively overbuilt. We allowed for park areas, occupying as much as 60% of the total area of ​​the complex!

People thanked us by seeing not just a building in our project, but their new home too. 

Today, only 40 of all 145 apartments are vacant!

And in only a year this place will be full of life, new dreams and children laughing.
